No parcel starts its trip from us. When you press a buy button on this site, the live listing opens with our retail partner, and from that moment the order, the carrier and the delivery window are all on their side.

Tracking lives in the account you ordered from. The order page there shows where the box is, and their help pages answer the questions we honestly cannot: a stalled parcel, a wrong address, a missed door.

Our own address in Colorado Springs takes letters, not boxes. A parcel pointed at it would only sit.
