Write to [email protected] about a formula, a page that reads wrong, or a bottle you cannot find on our shelves. A person reads it, usually within a couple of days.

Anything about an order (where it is, changing it, sending it back) lives on the order itself: the account it was placed from shows its state, and the help pages there are the ones that can act on it. We cannot see into that side at all.
