Write to [email protected] about a formula, a page that reads wrong, or a bottle you cannot find on our shelves. A person reads it, usually within a couple of days.

Anything about an order (where it is, changing it, sending it back) sits with the retail partner who took the order. Their help pages act on it; we cannot see into their side at all.
